In this article we analyse the not solved problem of the time span calculation in classic calendars, and how the problems come bigger in UTC calendars. And their consequences.

These problems we analyse are not solved by any commercial known “Time Managers” (the software which manages all about time in a computer) because of a lack of theoretical solution .Here we present the theoretical solution and first implementation, including a groundbreaking solution based on publicly certified technical specification and its software
